The University of Central Arkansas Bears men’s basketball team will travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, to face the Queens University Royals in an ASUN Conference game on Wednesday. The match is scheduled for a 6:00 p.m. CT tip-off at Curry Arena.

Currently, Queens holds a tie for first place in the conference with Austin Peay and Lipscomb, while Central Arkansas sits alone in fourth place. In their previous meetings, Queens leads the all-time series 3-1 against Central Arkansas, with three of those games played in Charlotte.

Central Arkansas enters the contest after securing its first road win of the season with a decisive 21-point victory over West Georgia. Five players scored in double figures as the team shot 58% from the field and 50% from three-point range. Ty Robinson led with 22 points, making four out of five attempts from beyond the arc, and Cole McCormick added 15 points on six-of-seven shooting. The Bears forced West Georgia into 22 turnovers and converted those into 27 points. This win marked Central Arkansas’s third consecutive victory—their longest conference winning streak since the 2018-19 season—and secured at least ten wins in a season for the first time since 2021-22.

Queens is coming off its first ASUN loss of the season after falling to West Georgia by a score of 66-74. During that game, Queens struggled offensively in the first half, shooting just 36% from the field, 28% from three-point range, and converting only 60% of free throws. In ASUN play overall, however, Queens averages shooting percentages of 48% from the field, 34% on threes, and 75% from the free throw line. Six Royals average double-digit scoring in conference games; Jordan Watford leads with an average of 15.3 points per game while Parker Avantae contributes an average of 13.1 points and seven rebounds per game.

Tip-off is set for Wednesday evening at Curry Arena in Charlotte. Fans can watch live coverage on ESPN+, listen via The Bear 91.3 or Jack 92.7 radio stations, or follow live statistics online.
