Alex Hill has been promoted to Patrol Corporal at the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office. Hill, originally from Forrest City, Arkansas, served in the U.S. Army for over 21 years with deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kosovo. During his military career, he completed various leadership and professional development courses.

After retiring from the military in December 2021, Hill moved to Greers Ferry, Arkansas. He joined the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office in April 2023 after a brief period with the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office. Since joining Faulkner County’s department, he has continued his training by completing additional leadership and training courses.

Outside of work, Hill enjoys spending time with his children as well as outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. He also participates in sports and motorcycle racing when possible.
