We are continuing the process of seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Secretary position at Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Harrison, AR. Work Conditions: Regularly scheduled for 35-40 hours per week from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation: Hourly wage comparable to the person’s experience and education. Health, dental, and life insurance. Holidays and paid time off. Qualifications: 1. Catholic in good standing. 2. Office, administrative and bookkeeping skills. Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, software required to produce weekly bulletin. 4. Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills. 5. Ability to interact positively and professionally with a diverse audience. 6. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality with all aspects of the parish business.
