On Saturday, March 1, former Morrilton Senior High School standout Sophia Wahrmund’s current college team, the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Southern Arkansas Lady Muleriders.

The game took place at Dawson Field at the Mulerider Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Lady Muleriders this season.

The Golden Suns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 5 p.m. at Chartwells Women’s Sports Complex against Arkansas–Monticello Cotton Blossoms.
