This is our second mural in downtown Morrilton and it is just gorgeous! If walls could talk….Mr. Charles L Ormond would be so proud of this one! It was an honor that Scarlett Ormond Phifer and her husband Jason were able to be here today for this ribbon cutting and dedication. Theresa Paladino and Rita Allison were also here as well and they worked for Mr. Ormond for many years. Great day in Morrilton and the Petit Jean River Valley!
