On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former St. Joseph High School standout Ashlynne Vote’s current college team, the Arkansas–Monticello Cotton Blossoms, lost 11-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mississippi Choctaws.

The game took place at Alvy Early Softball Field at Ryburn Park. This was their second matchup against the Choctaws this season.

The Cotton Blossoms’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. at Alvy Early Softball Field at Ryburn Park against Henderson State Reddies.
