Conway city issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
The Conway Police Department is hiring. Entry Level Testing for certified officer positions will be conducted at various times beginning October 4th and ending October 16th, followed by a Physical Agility Test on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021. To sign up for testing, please email Lt. Glen Cooper at glen.cooper@conwayarkansas.gov.
In the email, include your first and last name, and whether you would like a weekday or weekend testing slot.
Our current pay scale is based on years of experience.
• Police Officer Entry Level - $40,666
• Police Officer Level 2 - $43,706
• Police Officer Level 4 - $45,910
• Police Officer Level 6 - $48,514
• Police Officer Level 8 - $51,100
• Police Officer Level 10 - $54,150
