Central Arkansas issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Kristine Beard ’13 knew her career would not be typical after gaining a position as a speech-language pathologist in rural Alaska.
Now, she owns her own company that provides speech therapy services for Alaskan indigenous groups.
