Faulkner County – AR recently issued the following announcement.
Basic Job Duties: • Responsible for assisting in the supervision of adult offenders placed on probation Minimum Qualifications: • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent • Must possess a valid Arkansas driver's license • Must pass a background investigation • Must be able to be certified as a Part Time II Officer at 60 days of employment or provide certification as a Law Enforcement Officer by the Arkansas Law Enforcement Standards Commission • Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Office of Personnel Management. OTHER JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR ALL OR PART OF THESE BASIC REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT FOR CERTIFICATION OR LICENSE REQUIREMENTS, UPON APPROVAL OF THE QUALIFICTIONS REVIEW COMMITTEE. Rate of Pay: $15.00 - $18.75 per hour Constant twenty-four (24) hour on call duty required. Faulkner County provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as retirement through Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System (APERS).
