St. Joseph Church – Conway issued the following announcement on April 10.
You are invited to a Tenebrae Service to be held at 8pm on Wednesday, April 13 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 7006 Jasna Gora Drive, North Little Rock. Tenebrae, from the Latin word for darkness, is a special service focusing on the suffering and death of Jesus including scriptures, music, light, and darkness. A Taco Soup Supper will be available in the IHM School Cafeteria before the service, beginning at 7pm. There is no charge for the meal, but donations are welcome. This event is presented by Steven Shook & IHM Music Ministry, Christie Powell - Immaculate Conception Youth Director, and Fr. Shaun Wesley. Come join in this special time of prayer to enrich your Holy Week!
