Mt. Vernon-Enola High School issued the following announcement on April 15.
Our school was one of the 250 schools in the nation that were picked to compete for a $50,000 Art grant.
We had to create 2 designs based on the following themes: Hometown Pride & VanD(IY)Oren Legacy
Maci McJunkins designed the pair of MVE Warhawk Hometown Pride.
Brady Coran & Ally Mendoza designed the legacy pair in honor of the cofounder of Can’s who passed away this year. Each section of their shoe represents a different era of vans.
