St. Joseph's is looking for a full-time Youth Faith Formation Director. We are seeking an individual with an enthusiasm for youth and the Catholic Faith. This person should possess a strong background in leadership, organization, and recruiting skills. Additionally, individual must have a passion for evangelization and discipleship.
Reporting directly to the Business Manager and the Pastor, the Director develops and implements youth faith programs and oversees all existing programs. College diploma or equivalent work experience required.
