Conway city issued the following announcement on June 17.
I'd like to thank Susan for letting me know about the traffic signal timing issues she experienced at the intersection of Prince St and College Ave. Turns out that one of the detectors was burnt out. We made the repair and the intersection operates much better now.
Since the equipment in that traffic signal is pretty dated, I decided to upgrade the whole camera detection system in the next couple weeks. I'm confident the new system will improve sensitivity and accuracy for years to come.
