Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Applicants without a diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience may be considered
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be willing to work in an adverse physical environment (inclement weather)
Must be available to work rotating shifts starting at 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Saturday
Duties:
Clean and disinfect kennel area and cat room
Supply food, water, and personal care to detained animals
Clean and disinfect all areas of the Animal Welfare Unit
Vaccinate and/or administer medication to animals as directed
