As part of our continuing effort to grow the Conway area labor force, we convened a group of our Talent Underwriter employers to discuss how they can partner with the Arkansas Center for Data Sciences, Arkansas Coding Academy and Forge Institute for hiring and training needs.
That was followed by accelerated, one-on-one meetings between recent graduates of Forge Institute's cyber fundamentals program and local employers looking for IT candidates. While the impact of gatherings like this may seem like minor events, they play an incredible role in the development of Conway.
