Want to be a part of Conway Regional Health System Biketoberfest, but don't have a bike or prefer to cycle indoors? We've got you covered!
Amanda Castillo at the Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is hosting free community rides throughout October! The cycling classes will take place at the Health & Fitness Center! Classes are free and membership is not required!
Each class is 50 minutes. Spin shoes are not required. If it is your first time participating in a cycling class, come a few minutes early so Amanda can show you the ropes! Must be 18 years of age or have a signed waiver to participate!
