The Arkansas State Highway Commission has released the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for Federal Fiscal Years 2023-2026.
Authorization for the listed projects may be requested for any phase of development (i.e., preliminary engineering, right of way, utilities, or construction) during Fiscal Years 2023 through 2026. Authorization for pre-construction phases may be requested in advance of the year a project is scheduled for construction to assure the project can be advertised and let to contract as scheduled in this STIP.
