Senior Lab Technician Dusty Weaver retired last month after dedicating more than 39 years of service to Conway Corp and the Conway community.
Dusty was hired in May 1983 as a Senior Lab Technician at the Wastewater Plant.
“Dusty came to work each and every day ready to give 100%,” Water Systems Manager Lee Tedford said. “When he set his retirement he left with a quote saying ‘Handle It.’ I think during his 39+ years of employment at Conway Corp, Dusty did just that, he handled it and did it very well. Thanks for his service to Conway Corp in helping ensure the plant ran correctly and changes were made accordingly.”
