The top home sale in Faulkner County in September occurred at 13 Morris Court in Greenbrier. The 4-bed, 4-bath home sold for $696,200 and more than $170 per square foot.
The second-biggest home sale occurred just down the street at 16 Morris Court for $528,900 and nearly $183 per square foot. Four of the top five home sales occurred in Greenbrier in September, averaging more than $538,000.
