Home sales are down across all metrics in central Arkansas, including Pulaski, Saline, Faulkner and White counties. The first five months of the year showed numbers ahead of 2021, but the decline has corresponded with the steady increase in interest rates.
October sales were down more than 28% in all four counties. It represented the largest single-month decline this year.
