I received the green light from the Arkansas Department of Transportation to move forward with my plan to install the necessary traffic signal equipment to run a traditional phase sequence at the intersection of Dave Ward Dr and Country Club Rd. This project should resolve some of the issues y'all have reported and result in smoother traffic flow.
